The terms that govern using gracedigital.studio and working with Grace Digital Studio.
By visiting or using gracedigital.studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you become a client and sign a project agreement with us, that signed agreement takes precedence over these general terms.
All content on gracedigital.studio is the property of Grace Digital Studio unless otherwise noted. Once a project is completed and paid for, the client owns all final deliverables outright.
Project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed at the start of each engagement. General payment terms: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on launch.
Our launch packages include setup of third-party services such as WP Engine and Google Workspace. You'll be responsible for ongoing payment of those services directly to those providers.
Our standard support window is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We respond to contact form inquiries, email support requests, and Care Plan tickets within one (1) business day. Messages received on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays are answered the next business day.
Emergencies — defined as a site that is fully offline, a confirmed security breach, or a critical service disruption affecting business operations — are handled outside of standard business hours on a best-effort basis. To report an emergency, call or text the phone number listed on our contact page; do not rely on email for time-critical issues.
Response time commitments apply only to clients on an active Care Plan or current project engagement. Casual inquiries from non-clients are answered as time allows.
The website is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Digital Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
